Energy Slow Flow (Online Class)

This class provides a slow but energizing Qigong basic flow.  Breath, movement and inner attention offer students a time and place to get grounded, centered and revitalized.  

While most of the class is done standing, students are welcome to sit  as needed.  Some info on the style of Qigong I offer is below.
